Allow Catch to 'Manage other payment settings' as a Shopify Collaborator.
Please ensure that the following are selected in the Collaborator permission settings for Catch:
General:
- Orders
- Edit Orders
- Refund Orders
- Draft Orders
- View Products
- View Product Cost
- Customers
- Discounts
- Manage and install apps and channels
- Approve app charges
Online Store:
- Themes
Administration:
- Manage settings
- View apps developed by staff and collaborators
- Develop apps
- Enable app development
Finance:
- Manage other payment settings
Only the individual(s) with store-owner level access can make changes to these permissions.
Doing this will enable us to perform the full migration from the manual payment method to our new payment app, and to add scripts to the order status page.
Install Catch's payments app to implement Catch at checkout
Directly install the Catch payments app using an installation link that Catch provides to you.
Do not activate the payments app until both teams are ready for Catch to conduct live transaction testing.
