1. Catch will conduct QA tests on your upfunnel messaging implementation on your development theme to confirm that the Catch placements across the consumer journey are appearing as expected for your integration requirements prior to pushing any changes to the live theme.

  2. Once Catch has certified your upfunnel implementation, Catch will activate the payments app, ensure that 'Test Mode' is disabled, and conduct live test transactions.

Catch employees should conduct the testing because we have preexisting Catch accounts that allow us to reliably place test transactions.

  1. Your integration manager will conduct a test transaction (including a purchase and a refund) in the live environment and confirm whether or not it was processed correctly.
