Any time a customer’s reward is created or updated, Catch will send along the relevant data to your marketing integration in near real-time.


A refresh might fail if your marketing integration API is down or if you switch marketing partners without informing us. If this happens, Catch will get notified, inspect the issue, and retry the event.

If many retries are needed (in the case of a marketing integration change), Catch will run a script to backfill all the data to the new marketing partner and retry any events since the switch.
