Catch provides you with the ability to define groups of customers (user_cohorts) that share some criteria such that you would like to provide them with a shared marketing incentive, e.g., a different Catch rewards rate than you offer at a baseline.

You may define your cohorts to suit your marketing objectives with Catch, in consultation with your points of contact at Catch.

For more information on how to share user cohort data with Catch, see POST Checkout and Catch.js documentation.

Example
To give platinum members of your loyalty program a higher reward rate, Catch can configure your account to assign a higher reward rate to platinum users. To identify these consumers to Catch, you would then set platinum as a user_cohort value provided to Catch.js during the customer's sessions on your site, and provide the platinum value when creating the Catch checkout via POST Checkout to apply the higher reward rate to their checkout.
